On-site shredding

The on-site shredding service provided by Banner Document Services gives you the peace of mind that your confidential information is disposed of securely. All your confidential materials are removed and destroyed immediately – right on your premises, eliminating the risk of documents being lost at a later stage.
How does it work?
We supply
lockable storage containers for your secure waste between collections, or you can use waste sacks, available from
Banner Business Services. We can offer a regular scheduled on-site shredding service or we can arrange to visit you at your request.
We shred your documents using customised vehicles that incorporate high capacity shredders, suitable for dealing with a large volume of documents quickly and efficiently. Our qualified security-checked personnel manage the process of destroying your documents securely and you can watch the whole process at any time. You can be sure that the powerful cross-cut shredders will completely destroy your confidential information before the vehicle leaves your premises.
After shredding
You’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction immediately after the shredding has been completed. The shred material is then taken to our Secure Recycling Facility, where it is recycled into paper-based products.
